    Working together

    When should we start planning?
    I recommend having your venue chosen and booked at least 12 months before your preferred date. That may sound early, but for the widest choice of venues you should start looking around 18 months before the celebration.
    How does the first consultation work, and is it non-binding?
    We can meet online or in person. For me it is essential that communication flows and that we feel a real connection – and if it isn't the right fit, that's perfectly fine. The first meeting is completely free and without obligation.
    Will you be there yourself on the wedding or event day?
    Of course. On the day of your celebration I am the first to arrive and the last to leave. It's the only way I can guarantee that everything happens exactly as we planned it, to the standard I hold myself to.
    Can we book day-of coordination only?
    Yes, I'm happy to support you on the day of your celebration only. This package naturally includes consultations beforehand, so I know every detail before the day arrives.

    Services

    Do you plan weddings outside Munich, for example at Lake Tegernsee or on the Côte d'Azur?
    Yes. I have planned and run numerous celebrations in the South of France, especially on the Côte d'Azur, as well as in our beautiful neighbouring countries Austria and Switzerland. Dreaming of another destination? Just ask me.
    Do you help us find the venue?
    Yes. With my full-service package I support you with every part of the planning – from finding the venue and printing the invitations to choosing the caterer.
    Do you also plan children's birthdays and family celebrations at home?
    Absolutely. From Harry Potter parties to Thanksgiving dinners, we can bring any idea to life. Children's birthdays are especially wonderful: you can fully immerse yourselves in a theme and let your imagination run wild.
    Do you organise funerals and memorial gatherings, and how do you approach them?
    Yes, I have organised funerals as well – above all the private gathering after the burial, in a small circle of family and friends. I approach them with empathy and a personal touch.

    Investment & contract

    What budget should we expect when planning with you?
    My clients typically invest from €30,000 in their celebration as a whole. An event planner makes sense as soon as several vendors need to be coordinated with one another.
    How is your fee calculated?
    I charge a fixed percentage of the total event budget. That way you can always see, transparently, how much you will pay us in the end.

    About me & my style

    What experience do you bring?
    My degree in interior design gave me a love of textures and details: beautiful fabrics and fine stationery make my heart beat faster. At Käfer I managed budgets of more than €1 million, so numbers don't scare me – in fact, I even enjoy bookkeeping a little.
    Can we work together in English?
    Yes. I lived in the United States for several years and speak and write English fluently.
